GENERAL INFORMATION

Shuttle Drivers may be contacted through HOMEBASE by texting Shuttle- Mitchell Hood

If you have an immediate shuttle request or question please contact our office by text/phone at 512-302-4377.

Authorized drivers prefer 24 hours of advance notice for pickups | with a min. of 2 hours for short notice gigs.

All passengers must sign the Rider Log-Sheet upon entry of ESP Van or Authorized RiDE2WRK vehicle.

Riders are required to VERIFY their partnership with ESP (I.E. ESP Badge, Shirt, Homebase, etc.)
HOUSEKEEPING
-
No smoking, eating of food(s) or drink(s) are permitted during the ride.

No loud noises, cursing, disrespectful, or lewd behavior permitted.

Please clean up after yourself. Take all items (including trash) with you upon exiting the vehicle.

ESP is not responsible for lost or left-behind items.

ESP reserves the right to charge a cleanup fee if the participant disregards and/or refuses to follow guidelines. (Up to $75)
CANCELLATIONS
-
AM shifts – cancellations must be made by 9 pm the night prior to the scheduled pickup.

PM shifts – cancellations must be made at least 4 hours prior to scheduled pickup time.

Cancellations must be sent to Shuttle – Mitchell Hood through Homebase or by contacting them directly.

Cancellations not made within ESPs professional standards will be considered a No Show and will incur a ride charge as a result.
PAYMENT FOR SERVICES

Charges are deducted from your payroll. CASH EXCHANGE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. DO NOT PAY THE DRIVER.
